On August 20, 2019, Elias Dowlataram, a 5-year-old boy from York, Pennsylvania, tragically died from a gunshot wound to the head. The York County Coroner's office confirmed that the manner of death was pending further investigation. Elias' mother, Cassandra Dellinger, expressed her grief, stating that there were no words to explain her feelings.
