Matthew Alexander Bell, a 32-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on February 12, 2018, inside a home on South Penn Street in York, Pennsylvania. Bell was holding a 1-year-old child at the time of the shooting, and a 17-year-old boy was also wounded in the incident.
