On September 1, 2015, Andrew Jackson, a 23-year-old male from York, PA, was tragically shot and killed in the hallway of a building located on the 300 block of East Cottage Place. Jackson, who was known by the nicknames "New York" and "NY," was found mortally wounded and did not survive his injuries.
