Shahiem "Mugga" Carr, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on July 6, 2022, in the 300 block of West Philadelphia Street in York, Pennsylvania. Carr, a father of two, was found at 11:13 a.m. that morning. The incident involved multiple suspects, and the investigation led to several arrests and legal proceedings over the following months.
