Edwin Jose Pacheco-Ruiz, a 29-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on May 28, 2017, in York, Pennsylvania. He was shot multiple times and subsequently crashed his vehicle into a building. Despite being taken to York Hospital for treatment, he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
