Tyler Owens, a 24-year-old male from York, Pennsylvania, tragically died on October 7, 2018. Owens was the intended target of a shooting that took place in the early hours of that Sunday morning in the 100 block of South Richland Avenue. He was pronounced dead at York Hospital shortly after 3:30 a.m. The York City Police Department confirmed that Owens' death was the result of a drug deal gone bad.
