Charles McAllister, a 42-year-old male from York, PA, tragically died on September 11, 2019, from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. His death was ruled a homicide by the York County Coroner's Office. McAllister was one of three men who were targeted and shot in separate incidents within hours of each other in York City. The other two victims, Lawrence Alston and Tyre Johnson, also succumbed to their injuries shortly after arriving at York Hospital.
