On a May afternoon in 2022, a young man named Devin Zeigler, aged 24, found his life cut tragically short at a car wash in York County, Pennsylvania. He was at the Auto Spa Express when the incident unfolded.

Surveillance footage from that day captured a white Kia Forte pulling into the car wash. Three individuals, dressed in dark clothing with their faces obscured, emerged from the vehicle. Two of the men approached another individual who was vacuuming their minivan, while the third targ ...
