Fadil B. Hall, a 22-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, was found shot to death on the night of September 27, 2015, in Pagedale, a suburb of St. Louis. According to reports, Hall was discovered lying in the street in the 1500 block of Bradford Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers from the Pagedale Police Department.
