On the evening of Tuesday, May 1, 2018, 22-year-old African American male Darius Lamarr Hunt was fatally shot in the North St. Louis neighborhood of The Ville. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. in the 4300 block of Aldine Avenue, near the intersection with Billups Avenue.
