A 16-year-old male, Jaylen Miles, was tragically found deceased on December 29, 2022, in the backyard of a vacant house in the Glasgow Village neighborhood of St. Louis County, just a short distance from his own home. Responding to a call around 3:37 PM, police discovered the young man suffering from at least one gunshot wound and he was pronounced dead at the scene. His death, which is being investigated as a homicide, occurred just days before what would have been his 17th birthday.
