Anthony Ingram, a 24-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2019. On that fateful night, police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the 4600 block of North Market Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Anthony Ingram and 22-year-old Deja Anderson inside the car, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
