In the winter of 2019, the life of 26-year-old James Jeter was cut short in a fatal shooting in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The incident, which took place on the evening of February 27th, unfolded inside a residence on Orchard Avenue and would lead to a homicide investigation that entangled a New York teenager and two other local men.
