James Joseph Jeter, a 26-year-old man from Lebanon, PA, was fatally shot on February 27, 2019. The incident occurred at 1036 Orchard Avenue in Lebanon, where Jeter was found dead from apparent gunshot wounds. According to police reports, an argument broke out between Jeter and a 17-year-old New York resident named Lindley "Jader" Thelismond, who had recently met Jeter. During the altercation, Thelismond allegedly reached into a drawer, grabbed a gun, and shot Jeter before fleeing the scene.
