On December 23, 2023, 22-year-old Iyanla Starasji Walker was fatally shot in the Dunbar community of Georgetown County, South Carolina. The incident occurred around 4 a.m. at an establishment known as "Hush," which authorities later identified as an illegally operated nightclub.
