Laura Ashlee Anderson, a 21-year-old female, was tragically killed on August 24, 2020, in Georgetown, South Carolina, in what authorities described as a senseless act of road rage. On that fateful evening, Anderson was at her new home, which she had just purchased, when her stepfather, 45-year-old Charles Nicholas Wall, arrived to give her a set of keys. As Wall turned into his stepdaughter's driveway, his vehicle was rear-ended by a car driven by Ty Sheem Ha Sheem Walters III.
