Jean Reider, a 47-year-old female of unspecified ethnicity, tragically lost her life on January 8, 1989, in West Goshen, Pennsylvania. She was the manager of a McDonald's restaurant located in the Parkway Shopping Center in West Goshen Township. On that fateful morning, Jean Reider was shot and killed by Robert Hughes, a former employee of the restaurant, during a robbery. The incident also resulted in the death of another employee, Charles Hegarty, aged 46.
