JaMiyah Nicole Butler, a 4-year-old girl from Chester, PA, tragically lost her life on October 28, 2004. JaMiyah was sitting in the back seat of a car with her friend, 3-year-old Damya Baez, while their mothers were in the front. They were on their way to pick up pizza when shots rang out in the 900 block of Tilghman Street in Chester. Stray bullets struck JaMiyah in the head and Damya in the leg.
