Kedron Jamar Caldwell, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was tragically killed on October 23, 2011, in Chester, Pennsylvania. Kedron was known for his vibrant personality and his love for basketball. He was a beloved member of his community and was remembered for his warm greetings and the phrase "I Love you" that he often used when parting.
