Derrick V. Harrison Jr., a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2016, in Chester, Pennsylvania. According to the Delaware County Medical Examiner’s office, Derrick died from multiple gunshot wounds sustained in the street in the 800 block of East 10th Street.
