Jeffrey Joyner, a 19-year-old male from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2010. He was shot to death along with his 27-year-old uncle, Tyrone Thompson, on the 2700 block of Kane Street in Chester. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on September 5, 2010.
