Samad B. Slim Montgomery, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Chester, PA, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2021. Montgomery was found lying outside the open driver side door of a vehicle on Cover Lane in Chester, PA, early in the morning. A medical examiner's report confirmed that he had been killed by multiple gunshots, and the manner of death was determined to be a homicide.
