In the early morning hours of a Saturday in June 2009, chaos erupted at the Crosby Square Apartments in Chester, Pennsylvania, leaving a young man clinging to life. Eighteen-year-old Miguel Carrion was discovered lying on a sidewalk, a single gunshot wound to his head silencing the vibrant energy of youth. It was approximately 1:08 a.m. when police arrived to a scene teeming with around 100 people, a crowd that held the secrets of the preceding moments.
