Timothy Cary, a 31-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2014. Cary was fatally shot in the early hours of that morning outside Copabanana, a restaurant and bar located at 40th and Spruce Streets in Philadelphia. The incident occurred after Cary had been involved in a verbal altercation with Corey Gaynor, who returned to the scene and shot Cary multiple times at point-blank range.
