Any updates on this case?
On September 29, 2022, 16-year-old Sincere Thomas, a Black male, was tragically shot in the head while walking on 54th Street and Willows Avenue in West Philadelphia. He was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries the following day. A 14-year-old boy who was with him at the time also suffered a gunshot wound but was listed in stable condition after being treated at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
