Stephanie Michele Waters, a 21-year-old woman from Roaring Spring, PA, tragically lost her life on January 8, 2015. She was found deceased in the rear of her vehicle in Woodbury, PA, along with her beloved dog, Duke. Stephanie was a graduate of Central High School and was remembered by friends and family as a very nice woman.
