Dominique Bibbins, a 32-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on November 30, 2021, in Rex, Georgia. The incident occurred during a violent domestic disturbance that also claimed the lives of 70-year-old Mary Gilliam and Clayton County Police Field Training Officer Henry Laxson. The suspect, 35-year-old Arthur Allen Gilliam, shot and killed Dominique Bibbins and Mary Gilliam before officers arrived at the scene.
