Malcolm Claibourne, a 25-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on November 30, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. He was one of two victims shot on the 2900 block of Frankford Avenue that evening. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene at 8:20 p.m., they found Malcolm suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Temple University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries later that night.
