On a Tuesday evening in Philadelphia, the life of a 19-year-old Black male named Dominick Waugh, also known as 'Junie,' was tragically cut short. On December 15, 2015, at approximately 5:18 p.m., police responded to a call on the 5700 block of Warrington Avenue. There, they found Dominick lying on the sidewalk, having sustained gunshot wounds to his back and abdomen.
