Charles Mays, a 56-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2021. He was discovered lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. The Philadelphia Police Department has been investigating his murder, but as of now, no arrests have been made, and the case remains unsolved. Detectives continue to urge anyone with information to come forward to help bring justice for Charles.
