On January 7, 2023, at approximately 9:51 p.m., Philadelphia Police responded to a shooting incident at Quinn's II Irish Pub, located on the 5100 block of Frankford Avenue in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. Upon arrival, officers discovered 42-year-old Acey Reavis lying on the floor, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
