Wayne Nelson, a 29-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2015, in Philadelphia, PA. Wayne was shot during a robbery at his residence on the 2100 block of Pemberton Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene at around 6:16 p.m., they found Wayne in the second-floor bedroom with a gunshot wound to his head. Despite immediate medical attention, Wayne was pronounced deceased at the scene.
