In the East Germantown section of Philadelphia on a Tuesday night in March 2017, a series of events unfolded that tragically ended the life of 25-year-old Timothy Kenner. He was a passenger in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, traveling through the neighborhood, when a light-colored sedan pulled up on the passenger side while the Jeep was stopped on Ardleigh Street. Words were exchanged between the driver of the sedan and Kenner.
