Rubin D. Williams, a 41-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2015, in Beaumont, PA. The incident occurred outside the OK Rodeo Disco on Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, where a dispute in the club's parking lot escalated into a fatal shooting. The shooter, Darrell Paul Williams, who is not related to Rubin Williams, was convicted of murder in connection with the incident.
