On August 2, 2024, at approximately 9:37 a.m., 65-year-old Richard A. Costello was found deceased in his Salisbury Township residence in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The discovery occurred during a welfare check initiated by local police after a concerned family member reported an inability to reach him.
