In the early morning of Tuesday, September 22, 2015, 38-year-old Kevin Lynn Mitchell departed from his Anchorage, Alaska, residence located in the vicinity of Birch Road and O'Malley Road. He was last seen at approximately 7:00 AM. Concerns grew when it was noted that he had left behind his wallet, identification, and credit cards.
