On a spring day in May of 1975, a 30-year-old man named Howard Joseph Kittelson went about his day in Anchorage, Alaska, seemingly like any other. He was engaged in repair work when he informed someone that he needed to leave to purchase a part. It was on this errand that Howard, a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, vanished.
