In the early morning hours of January 10, 2016, a dispute inside a home on Forest Avenue in Bellevue, a borough bordering Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, ended in the shooting death of 39-year-old Damion Graham. A Black male from Pittsburgh's North Side, Graham was inside the residence when an argument broke out, leading to the fatal gunfire at approximately 3:30 a.m.
