John M. Faulk, a 45-year-old male, was tragically killed on September 4, 2018, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred outside Lady Di's nightclub in the East Hills neighborhood. Faulk was shot by an unidentified assailant shortly after 2 a.m. He was initially listed in critical condition but later succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
