Joshua Antonio Makhanda-Lopez, a 30-year-old man of African-American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed on July 14, 2019, in Penn Hills, Pittsburgh, PA. He was found in the driver's seat of a vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head.
