Joshua Antonio Makhanda-Lopez, 30, a Black/African American male, was found shot to death on the night of July 14, 2019, in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, after police and paramedics were called to the Sharon Court apartment complex parking lot near Frankstown Road and Graham Boulevard. He was discovered in the driver's seat of a Chevrolet Impala with a gunshot wound to the head. Some reports identified him as being from Mt. Oliver, while his death was reported in the Pittsburgh area.
