On August 10, 2023, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Montgomery County Constable Precinct 5 deputies observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in Magnolia, Texas. When they attempted to conduct a traffic stop, the vehicle failed to yield and eventually stopped at a residence located in the 30900 block of Allene Drive. During the detention of the vehicle's occupants, the passenger informed deputies that their father was deceased inside the house, which explained their erratic driving.
