Oscar Salazar, a 20-year-old Hispanic male from Magnolia, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on December 26, 2016, at his home in the 29000 block of Aberdeen. The incident occurred when Nelson Segovia-Amaya, 30, shot Salazar. Following the shooting, Segovia-Amaya fled the scene but was apprehended by law enforcement almost two hours later. He was found driving a vehicle that matched the description provided by witnesses.
