Rocky Lee, a 57-year-old male, was a long-time sheriff's deputy with the Harris County Sheriff's Office in Texas. On May 25, 2018, Rocky Lee was shot multiple times in the bathroom of his home in Stagecoach Farms, near Magnolia, TX. Initially, it was reported as a burglary, but it was later revealed that the shooter was Rocky Lee's brother, Robert Lee, a former Stagecoach Police Department officer.
Robert Lee, who was 60 years old at the time, claimed that he shot Rocky Lee because he
believed someone had broken into his home. However, investigations by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers determined that there was no break-in and that Robert Lee had shot his brother intentionally. Robert Lee was arrested and charged with murder.
