On May 13, 2017, 56-year-old Jose Augusto Lozada was fatally shot outside his home in Magnolia, Texas. The incident began as a minor traffic collision that escalated into a road rage confrontation. Lozada, a Hispanic male, was shot multiple times in the head and torso by Christopher Delacruz, a 21-year-old Magnolia resident.
