Robert G. Jackson-Wright Jr., 28, a Black male from Milwaukee, was shot and killed on the morning of December 28, 2021. Shortly before 8 a.m., police were called to the area near North 85th Street and West Congress Street, by the Lindsay Park neighborhood on the city’s northwest side.
