James Loughlin, a 23-year-old male from Pittsburgh, PA, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2018, due to a fatal shooting in the Knoxville neighborhood. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. outside the Uni-Mart convenience store on Brownsville Road. Loughlin was reportedly standing outside a vehicle when an unidentified suspect emerged from the side of the store and shot him in the chest. He was quickly transported to a local hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
