Isiah Brewer, 18, a Black/African American male, was shot on the afternoon of June 23, 2025, in Pittsburgh’s Crafton Heights neighborhood and died shortly afterward at a hospital. Police and medics converged on the 2600 block of Middletown Road near Runnymede Street just before 3:45 p.m., responding to ShotSpotter alerts and 911 calls.
