Quron Williams, a 19-year-old male from Philadelphia, PA, died on April 9, 2016. He was shot and killed by an off-duty SWAT officer, Erik Bullock, after allegedly robbing an elderly victim on the 5700 block of Park Avenue. During the incident, Williams reportedly pointed a gun at Bullock, who fired in self-defense. Williams was pronounced dead at Einstein Hospital at 3:06 p.m. that day.
