In the spring of 2022, a life was tragically cut short on the streets of Philadelphia. On Sunday, April 3rd, 23-year-old Andre M. Grimes, Jr. was driving in the Elmwood section of the city when he became the target of a fatal shooting. The young man sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body while behind the wheel.
