In the summer of 2016, the life of a 26-year-old woman, Toy Charda Bryant, was brutally cut short in a harrowing tale of friendship turned fatal. A Black female from Chester, Pennsylvania, her body was discovered on the morning of June 14th in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park.
