Jhonny Quezada, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on October 16, 2016, in Philadelphia, PA. Quezada was a hardworking barber and a devoted family man who often sent money to support his relatives in the Dominican Republic. On the night of his death, he had just returned home from shopping and was about to enter his house when he was approached by two men. One of the robbers announced the robbery, and both men were armed.
Quezada was shot multiple times at point-blank range, sustaining injuries to his chest, torso, arm, and leg. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
The incident occurred behind Quezada's home on F Street in the Lawncrest neighborhood. Surveillance footage showed the suspects stalking Quezada before the shooting.
